Chiropratica thanks you!

On October 31, we asked our patients to complete an anonymous survey of appreciation. The results allowed us to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of the care that we provide and their level of satisfaction with the clinic. Here are some results.

We asked to enumerate the symptoms for which our patients consulted their doctor of chiropractic initially. The vast majority consulted us for:

• Neck pain (54%),
• Backaches (63%),
• Lumbago (low back pain) (44%).

Sciatica (sharp pain between two sciatic nerves), scoliosis (an abnormal curvature of the spine) and headaches and migraines were among the other most common symptoms (15%).

We also wanted to know which of these symptoms have improved since the beginning of chiropractic care. To our delight, the responses were very positive:

• 85% of those with neck pain felt improvements following their chiropractic care;
• 75% of those with backaches felt improvements following your chiropractic care;
• 97% of those with lumbago felt improvements following their chiropractic care.

In addition, 77% of respondents reported having experienced a very good (60% to 80%) or excellent (80% to 100%) improvement in overall condition since beginning their chiropractic care.

A very important point at Chiropratica is that you understand the cause of your symptoms. Just knowing the origin of your problem may prompt you to change some habits that can create and maintain health problems. Fortunately, 93% of respondents understood the cause of their ailments!
